Materials From Real Life

In this project, I recreated textures from real life in 3D. I chose the materials from my room that I wanted to create and took pictures of them in even lighting. Then I used Photoshop to create the tileable texture maps and Maya to light them.



It was fun to choose real objects from my room and then recreate them in 3D. In Photoshop I used the offset filter in order to make the materials tileable and had to use the clone tool to make it blend more.
